I walk you through my experience getting an ultrasound—where the technician surprisingly discovered around 20 small, hidden lumps—and going through a painful breast biopsy. Thankfully, my results came back benign, but I know many women face much harder battles. I'm sharing this uncomfortable conversation to empower you to take control, stop ignoring the warning signs, and get checked out for your own peace of mind.
